Your plan counts a person once, when Chronic sends them a first email or LinkedIn invite. People it only researches, and leads you reject before sending, don't count.
Work around each lead
Research, the emails, follow-ups, reply handling and meeting preparation are all part of the plan. There are no credits to buy.
Sending infrastructure
Chronic buys separate domains, sets up the mailboxes and warms them after you pay. Your main company domain is never used for cold email.

01Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Give Chronic your website and it finds real people who fit your business, explains why each one fits, and writes their first email. That costs nothing and needs no card. You pay when you want Chronic to start sending.
02Is there a free trial?
No free trial of sending, because every plan buys real domains and mailboxes for you. Instead there's a free preview: real prospects for your business and the first email to each, before you pay. Payments are non-refundable; cancel any time.
03What counts as a new person?
A person counts once, when Chronic sends them a first email or LinkedIn invite during the billing period. Finding, researching, drafting for, or rejecting a lead before that doesn't count.
04Do follow-ups and replies use more capacity?
No. Follow-ups and replies to someone Chronic already emailed are included.
05What happens at the monthly limit?
New first emails wait until next month. If you want to reach more people sooner, add extra people for the rest of that billing month from $0.29 each, dropping to $0.19 beyond 500, or move the slider up. Conversations, replies and follow-ups carry on. An email that hard-bounces gives that person back to your allowance.
06Is sending infrastructure included?
Yes. The number of domains and mailboxes follows the number of people you pick, and both are in the price. Chronic buys and sets them up after you pay; there's no extra charge for them.
07Can I change how many people I reach?
Yes. Move the slider in Account & billing. More people start as soon as the difference is paid, and Chronic orders the extra domains and mailboxes. Fewer people start at your next renewal.
08Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and run to the end of the current period. There is no long-term lock-in.
09What is the Agency plan?
