01What counts as a contacted lead?
Capacity is used once, when Chronic first sends to a new person during the billing period. Finding, researching, drafting for, or rejecting a lead before that first touch does not use a unit.
02Do follow-ups and replies use more capacity?
No. Included follow-ups and reply handling for a person already contacted do not consume another contacted-lead unit.
03What happens at the monthly limit?
New first touches wait until the next billing period or until you increase capacity. Active conversations, replies, and included follow-ups continue. A confirmed hard bounce restores that person's unit once.
04Is sending infrastructure included?
Yes. The quote shows the mailbox and domain setup required for the selected capacity. Chronic provisions that setup after payment; there is no separate infrastructure add-on in this plan.
05Can I change capacity?
Yes. Increases take effect after the additional payment is confirmed. Decreases are scheduled for the next renewal so the current period's allowance stays stable.
06Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the current period. There is no long-term lock-in.
